We’ve had yet another fantastic month here at Concorde Airport Security, with a continued focus on staff development.
As most of our team are in customer facing roles, it’s essential that they are provided with the skills needed to effectively support customers and resolve any queries. After all, impeccable customer service is the cornerstone of a positive customer experience.
That’s why, throughout November and December, our team have been busy completing their NVQ in Customer Service. This course will not only hugely benefit our team, who will be provided with the necessary skills to monitor and solve customer service problems quickly and efficiently, it also means that our clients will receive a service of the highest standards.
Once the customer service course has been completed, our management team will move onto an invaluable course in Management and Leading.
We’ve also been busy throughout December completing on the job training for our 5 new Development Supervisors.
A huge congratulations to Amy Kelly, Cheri Reynolds, Dawn Loring, Robert Nugus, and Shannon Kelly, who have successfully completed their aviation ground security supervisor training. We’re so pleased to have such a hard-working and dedicated team of supervisors at the helm.
